Voya by Anna is a bespoke travel planning service run by Anna. For anything related to this policy or your data, contact hello@voyabyanna.com.
When you submit the enquiry form on the Contact page, the details you provide — your name, email address, destination, travel dates, trip duration, who's travelling, preferred language, and any message — are sent directly to hello@voyabyanna.com so Anna can reply to you personally. There's no marketing list, no automated follow-up sequence, and no sharing with third parties. Your message is kept for as long as needed to plan your trip and support you afterwards, and deleted on request.

Website traffic is measured using Umami, a self-hosted, privacy-focused analytics tool. It runs entirely on our own server, doesn't use cookies, and doesn't track you across other websites. It records aggregate information like which pages are visited, approximate country (derived from IP address, which is not stored), and browser/device type — never anything that identifies you personally.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict how it's used, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@voyabyanna.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
